Hi Dr. Asai -

I have a question regarding the way you answered the examples in the text versus the way you answered the exercise problems for the Master Theorem section. For your exercise answers you expressed them all as Big Theta (I'm not including the one where the two *n*s are equal; that is ia different case.) However, for the text examples, again, not including the one where the *n*s are equal, you expressed one as Big O and one as Big Theta. Is there a particular reason you chose to answer one differently in comparison to the other? Why not both in terms of Big Theta? Or conversely, why all in terms of Big Theta for the exercise problems?

Thanks!

Greg
